("Hermes Express," "we," "us," or "our"), a company headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. No Client Relationship From Site Use
Browsing the Site, submitting a contact form or booking a consultation does not, by itself, create a client, advisory, fiduciary or other professional relationship between you and Hermes Express. Such a relationship is formed only through a signed engagement agreement, governed separately by our Terms of Service.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site - including text, graphics, logos, the "Hermes Express" name and mark, the site design, and the "Route Manifest" visual system - is owned by or licensed to Hermes Express Services Corp. and is protected by Canadian, U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may view and print Site content for personal, non-commercial reference only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.
4. Acceptable Use

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems or related networks;
- Introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code;

The Site may link to third-party websites or resources (for example, information about the OTCQB marketplace). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any third-party site. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you access the Site from the United States or elsewhere, you remain subject to these Terms.
